I lived in a very troubled district, but it's not where you live that matters, it's who you live with. I grew up in a good community. Out of all my 20 buddies, there wasn't a single one who drank or smoked. Still, the values that your family and friends believe will determine whether or not you will do something stupid in life.

The people you surround yourself with are excellent mirrors for who you are and how much, or how little, you love yourself.

Hello, guys!
My name is Andrei Shcheglov, and today we will speak about our circle - and why it is so extremely important for us to make it on our own and consciously, and how our circle impacts us.
It's no random choice to place this lesson in second place to 5. Critical thinking. , because once you have learned to think independently, creating the right community is the second most important goal you need to pursue. All of us initially created our community on the principle of " geography". We make friends and communicate with those who live on our street, in our yard, and go to school or college with us. There is nothing wrong with that, but only if your community helps you grow and pulls you up. When your closest friends and the people you spend most of your time with set you a good example, they surpass you in certain ways. The right indicator, or "litmus test," is that in their company, you want to grow beyond your own limits, to become smarter, "faster, taller, stronger". If in your community, you only have fun, do not grow over yourself, or if it leads you to bad actions and shows an example of unworthy behavior - these are strong indicators that it should be changed.
So how do you change and shape the circle by yourself?
The first step is to think about the people you admire who are cooler, better, smarter, or more skilled than you. Write a list of 4 to 6 people. It can be people in your circle who you study with, work with, go to sports, or live next door or real people you know only from social networks, for example (FB, Instagram, Tik-Tok, Telegram, LinkedIn, etc.). It's not so much important what country they live in, what language they speak or what position in society they have - the main thing for you should be a desire to be like them, to get to know them or make friends with them.
