If you don't have it - congratulations - if you do, keep reading and listening. However, let me tell you a secret - almost everyone has a digital addiction these days. And so do I. But I know how to deal with it.

  1. The first and most important tool is your life goals and being busy. If you are 100% engaged with your business and pursuing your goals, then you definitely don't have time for "digital addiction. Realizing that is very important.
  2. The second is FOCUS MODE. For example, on mobile phones, there is a mode that disables all external notifications - on Android and iOS it is Focus Mode. Right now, as I am writing these words, I have this mode enabled.

  1. The third one is Time Trackers. It's also an awesome tool. By understanding how much time we spend a day "mindlessly scrolling" on social media, we can seriously reconsider how we use social media. Being distracted for seemingly only three to five minutes, we end up spending more than an hour or two in social media.

  1. Apps that block access to messenger and social networking apps.

Make social networking hard to access - move the shortcuts forward by a few screens, and put the calendar and book reader on the first screen. For example, here's my GalaxyFold's home screen (below). On the router at home, set a limit - from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. - disable Internet access. And the paper book on the other hand, place next to your bed.

There is limited information about this and almost no one knows about it, but since the 2000s, all the best private schools in the UK and the United States have a complete - once again, not partial - but complete ban on gadgets usage by students. Just think about the fact that the children of the world's elite are not educated in the same way as you and I. They do not spend their time browsing on their phones and social networks but a study from paper books and take notes by hand in their diaries.
